Mittens with Leaves
The designer of the Cotton Bam Boo Kudzu Shawlette kindly allowed me to write a pattern for matching mittens using her pattern charts.
Correction for the row of the left hand where you place the markers: Next row: p1, k1-tbl, p1, k3 two times, place first marker, p1, k1-tbl, p1, k3, p1, k1-tbl, p1, place second marker, k3, p1, k1-tbl, p1, k3 four times, place thumb marker, p1, k1-tbl, p1, k3.
How to wrap 1 over 2: Knit 3 sts, then slip the third st on the right hand needle over the first 2 sts.
Right Mitten Row 11: there is a p1 missing in the written instructions. The row should read p1, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1, p1, ssk, k3, k2tog, p1, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1, p1.
Row 15: Chart and written instructions disagree on how to form the tips of the leaves. Use sk2p as shown on the chart.
Row 33: Two stitches before the Leaf Pattern section, instructions are reversed, should read Knit | m1, k1.
