This pattern is for socks knitted with toe-up method, Judy’s magic cast on method (Turkish cast on is great too for this pattern) for toe, German short row technique for the heel.

XS= 56 sts for cuff (about US size 6, 6.5 / EU size 35 to 36)
S = 60 sts for cuff (about US size 7, 7.5 / EU size 37-38)
