This pattern is part of the WOOL - Issue #1 -Vests for Babies and Toddlers Book. Five basic vest styles are given for both DK and Worsted weight yarns. Each of these five basic styles is written in 6 sizes.

The Mix & Match Vest uses the fallen shoulder of the basic boatneck pattern, and the neck decreases of the basic round neck pattern. Beginner knitters can practice using the basic style and adding different stitch patterns.
A simple stitch pattern will make this the perfect layer for preschool.

Yarn Requirements are approximate and will depend on the final gauge.

0-3 months - 100 grams
6 months - 100 grams
12 months - 150 grams
18 months - 150 grams
24 months - 200 grams
36 months - 250 grams
