MK#55 Child Pullover
This minimal knits | DESIGNED seamless child’s v-neck pullover is made top down with an integrated neck band, and when the knitting is finished all we have to do is weave in the ends.
It’s designed to avoid a v-neck so low that their chest can get cold and we start by straight knitting the body in 5 sections – front, sleeve, back, sleeve, front. When the stitch count reaches a certain point the v-neck bands along the front edges are knitted together and from then on we work the pullover in the round. The body is decorated with very easy textured panels of stocking stitch followed by knit 4, purl 4 rounds and depending on your yarn colour it will be suitable for a girl or boy.
The pictured pullover was made using Mayflower Easy Care 8ply/DK 100% wool in the colour Mock Orange.
