MK#58 Baby Cardigan
This minimal knits | DESIGNED seamless baby cardigan is made in 4ply/fingering yarn. Working top down, starting with the frilled moss/seed stitch collar, we do some easy short rows to elevate the back of the neck, and create a minimal moss/seed self-stripe in line with the buttonholes – so their positioning varies depending on the cardigan size.
When the knitting is finished all we have to do is weave in the ends and sew on the buttons.
The pictured cardigan was made using Bendigo Woollen Mills 4ply/fingering Baby Meadow 100% machine washable wool, in the colour Pink Clouds.
Skill Level Easy… even though it might include a technique you haven’t used before, the pattern contains simple, straightforward instructions and notes on where to look for more information.
