MK#75 Child Pullover
This seamless child pullover is made top down with integrated collar and button bands, and when the knitting is finished all we have to do is weave in the ends and sew on the buttons.
Designed to suits girls and boys, there are no complicated stitches or patterns to remember. We just do a garter collar, knit 1 purl 1 rib hem and sleeve cuffs, some easy short rows to lift the back neck of the pullover higher than the front, a simple garter button placket down the middle of the front section, and all the rest is stocking stitch.
The pictured pullover was made using Bendigo Woollen Mills Luxury 8ply/DK 100% wool in the colour Pumpkin Spice.
Skill Level Easy… even though it might include a technique you haven’t used before, the pattern contains simple, straightforward instructions and notes on where to look for more information.
