A maddy kids cardigan pattern that didn’t get its start from a knitting inspiration but was generated by a request for more little boys’ patterns.

This little jacket, ready to knit in one of THREE sizes, ages 2–6 years, has easy drop-shoulder styling but its distinction comes with a reverse stockinette (stocking) striping on the collar and cuffs. A buttoned front closure and a lower hem edge keep it neat and tidy. This design would be equally comfortable in cottons or wools.
