The belt is worked in a 4 color combo but also looks great in a solid color.

I used #3 Crochet Thread for best results.

The final row features a victorian motif worked back and forth across a series of chains.

Intermediate Skills are helpful, but a determined beginner with good knowledge of crochet terms could tackle this.
