Mo Duinne Capelet - An Outlander inspired Knitting Pattern
Transport yourself to the Outlander time, and imagine moving thru the standing rocks of Craigh na Dun. Traveling in time to the Scottish Highlands of old tales and legends.
What do you see? What do you hear? Maybe people speaking Gaelic?
Mo Duinne are the words that Jaime tells Claire in the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon books and TV series by Starz.
Since this pattern was inspired by Outlander, and one of the knitted pieces that the character Claire Randall, later or Claire Fraser, features in one of the episodes.
Mo Duinne, means “my brown” one, so I thought that this name was a perfect match for the capelet.
If you happen to be an Outlander fan, you already know all this.
