This double-loop cowl/infinity scarf is constructed first as a skinny rectangle and seamed with a half-twist to create a mobius loop. The edge is then worked continuously until the desired width or the end of the yarn.

Row 1: dc in 3rd ch from hook, ch 1, sk st, dc across, turn
Row 2: ch 1, sc in first st, sc in next ch-sp, ch 1, sk st to last ch sp, sc in ch sp and last st, turn
Row 3: ch 2, dc in first st, ch 1, sk st, dc in next ch sp to last two st, ch 1, sk st, dc in last st, turn

Repeat Rows 2-3 for five more times for a total of 19 rows
