This pattern is just a basic outline and is best for experienced knitter who are comfortable with Top down, in the round, sweater construction. I used The Knitter’s Handy Book of Top-Down Sweaters, Raglan option as a guide and might be useful if you need more guidance. Size 38 is the actual bust and the only size the pattern is written for.
