Mock Cable and Eyelet Scarf
Mock cables make this an elegant looking scarf, while eyelets reduce bulk and give it a soft drape. The stitch pattern is easy to memorize and requires no cable needle. Knit on large needles with bulky yarn, you, or someone you love, will be wearing this scarf in no time!
Note:If you don’t want to have fringe on your scarf, or if you want to make a shorter scarf, 2 skeins will be enough. If you want to make a shorter scarf and still have a fringe, I suggest cutting the fringe first. Then you can knit up the rest of the yarn until it is almost gone without having to worry about leaving enough for the fringe. If you want to make the scarf as directed, you will need an extra skein to make the fringe.
