The Mock Cable Sweater is a textured and cozy knit. It’s worked seamlessly from the top down with an all over mock cable stitch patter. It starts from the back, then stitches from the shoulders are picked up to shape the yoke. The front and back panels are joined in the round to finish the body, and the sleeves are picked up from the sides and worked without decreases. Cuffs, hem and folded collar are worked with a twisted 1x1 rib.

Needles: 6 mm circular needles (40 and 80-120 cm long) and 4,5 mm circular needles (40 and 80-120 cm long), the 40 cm long aren’t needed if you use the magic loop technique.

Gauge: 16 stitches x 20 rows = 10x10 cm or 4x4 inches

Sizes: A (B, C, D) E (F, G, H)
Finished project: circumference after blocking approximately: 88 (100, 112, 125) 137 (150, 162, 175) cm or 35 (39, 44, 49) 54 (59, 64, 69) in, consider about 25 cm or 10 in of positive ease.

Happy knitting:)
