This is a somewhat simple rectangular shawl pattern that
only appears to be complicated.
I believe even an advanced beginner can easily handle the
Mock Mesh Shawl pattern. With so many uses it is definitely worth the try.
To make things even nicer it’s a one day, one skein, one loom pattern completed in one piece with the option to customize with fringe, tassels, beads or as I did or you can easily add some interesting charms.

Gauge: Approximately 8 Stitches and 5 Rows for 4 inches
Finished Size: Approximately 18 x 60 inches
Loom: Any Extra Large Loom. 41-peg Yellow Knifty Knitter was
used in sample
Yarn: Approximately 400 yards of Worsted weight
