Mocktail is a fun and stylish hat that can be knit as a traditional beanie or slouchy style hat. There is a distinctive 5” panel of mock ribbed cables that runs from the brim to the top of the hat. A few rows of twisted stitches have been added to give a touch of texture and interest to the rest of the hat.

Consider using a lovely handpainted mostly solid wool/wool blend yarn for this project. The pattern will accentuate the colors nicely.
This hat can be knit in any Worsted (9wpi) or Aran (8wpi) yarn. Sizing may run slightly larger with the heavier yarn.
