Xenopus is a genus of African Clawed Frogs, from which the two best-known species are Xenopus laevis and Xenopus tropicalis.
Final dimensions: 9cm long and 13cm wide.
Supplies
• DK yarn in white and a variegated mix in green and brown tones. I used Sirdar Harrap Tweed in the shades ‘Brace’ and ‘Gallop’, but neither of them is exactly the right colours for Xenopus so you can probably find a better one.
• 3.5mm crochet hook
• Yarn needle
• Fiberfill stuffing
• White and black felt
The perfect pet for the geeky scientist in your life.
