You can make this purse in a day and the waistcoat stitch with this Chunky Twist yarn is GORGEOUS!

Materials Required:

• Loops and Threads Chunky Twist Yarn in Light Grey - 82 yards, 76 meters
• 16mm Hook

• Strong upholstery thread in brown or corresponding colour to the straps you chose
• Large darning needle or a smaller crochet hook to weave in ends

Gauge: 4.5 stitches and 5.5 rows in 4”

NOTE: This pattern is worked tightly with a 16mm hook (16mm wasn’t an option for me to choose for some reason so it says 19mm). You could easily increase the hook size to make a larger bag or loosen the tension keeping in mind it will affect the stretch and how much yarn you’ll require.

Size: This bag measures 11-12” wide by 8” tall.
