Modern Diagonal Bobble Filet Blanket! I’ve designed this to be easy to make with simple repeats and lots of texture.

5.5mm hook
Aran yarn, I used Women’s Institute Colour A: light teal approx 400g and Colour B: light grey approx 20g Soft and Smooth Aran
Large eyed needle
Sizes
Finished blanket measures approx 71cm x 80cm, ideal for a baby blanket or lap blanket. Instructions are also given for a large (95cm width) and XL (110cm width) blanket.
Tension
10st and 9 rows in htr to 10cm/4in
using 5.5mm hook or size needed to obtain tension. This is a guide for sizing and drape but pattern will work if tension is different.
