modesty
This was an improvised project that created itself as I knit it; it was originally meant to be a shoulder wrap/cowl but it never got big enough and the yarn had even less stretch than I realized it would. Happily, it makes a lovely cleavage coverup for cold weather!
Based on a woven cable stitch pattern. Gauge is not important but I would stick with bulky yarn and 10-11 size needles or the size could get weird.
Try increasing needle size to make a larger version that will fit over shoulders. This yarn accommodates needles up to about size 15 without major holes.
Pattern has not been test-knit after writing, though I am quite sure I have corrected here the errors I made in the prototype.
