This scarf is knit beginning with a foundation triangle in seed stitch. Subsequent triangles are knit from the point at one edge of the scarf towards the base at the other edge of the scarf, simultaneously connecting them to the prior triangle.

The triangles in the scarf create individual panels that can display a range of different texture stitches from simple knit, purl, and slipstitch to lace and cable patterns. A simple rolled reverse stockinette edging completes the scarf.
