This is a great beginner/intermediate pattern for a delicate newborn size mohair blanket. It would make a great photo prop.

The finished blanket in the photo above (and in my pattern) measures 14” X 15”, although you can keep going to make it longer.

The pattern requires an I/9 crochet hook and a 25gm ball of lace weight mohair yarn
