This pattern got it’s name because my dog Mollie is getting old and needed a sweater. She doesn’t like wearing them so the project was designed to be easy for me (no holding stitches on other needles, no double point needles, no provisional cast ons). Thus the “holey” part of the pattern name. The leg holes are created using multiple yo’s!

I completed the sweater in about 5 hours using left over yarn (less than 1 skein of heavy worsted weight yarn). I’ve included notes about my methods so that this can be adapted for larger dogs as well.
