Momo Cardigan
This is a cardigan formed by granny squares. It is a simple structure joined by sc st; it has a kind of texture due to the joints.
As you can see, it is based on the typical African Flower with a slight difference in making it rounded.
Keep in mind: It is oversize!
Here you will find the motif of the granny, the explanation round by round, and also the assembly
diagram.
You will assemble the squares by sc stitches and, finally, you will crochet a rib at the end of the
sleeves, as well as throughout the edge of the cardigan.
Each granny measures 11 x 11 cm.
I recommend you to block your crochet squares when finished. It will make joining them together
easier.
The Long Single Crochet is made by inserting your hook into the space between each petal, as if
to say, by inserting your hook between the 2 groups formed by 2 dc from round 2 and pulling up a
loose loop. Yarn over and pull through both loops.
( ) – it means that are worked in the same stitch.
