Inspired by the lovely lily pad paintings by Claude Monet, this rectangular shawl features a small stream of undulating lace mesh with cabled lily pads. The optional waterlilies are knit separately and attached as desired.

The handspun version has a soft drape; the sport weight’s drape is slightly firmer.
