The mesmerising patterns on this short-sleeved top are created by knitting the front and back pieces sideways. Chloé Elizabeth Birch’s design has short puffed sleeves and a neat folded neckband; stitches are picked up around the bottom edge to work a garter stitch border. The project uses Debbie Bliss’s Rialto DK Merino yarn, pairing a pure black shade with a very pale silver.
