Bonjour mes amis - the distinguished Parisian painter Monsieur Lapin is overjoyed to welcome you to the private view of his latest work.

Designer Maike van den Dries picked light and breezy spring shades for his jumper and scarf, but feel free to experiment and get as creative with colour as you’d like. To avoid a visible seam at the back of the striped jumper, we recommend Googling “crochet jogless stripes” to find a tutorial that shows you how to stitch cleaner-looking stripes.

The rabbit is made in pieces, sewn together and stuffed.
