I saw some really cute knit pants like these, but was not happy with the look of any of the crochet patterns out there, so I decided to write my own pattern. The way the mouth area is written, the mouth is narrower on the sides than the center. This adds more rise in the back compared with the front.

Size- toddler one size fits many. This pattern as written fits approx. 12 - 18 mo. Since the biggest changes between toddler sizes is the length of the legs. It is easy to change sizes by adding or subtracting rows from the legs. A smaller or larger hook may be needed.

Main Color A 4 oz. I Love This Yarn - Limelight
Color B 2 oz. I Love This Yarn -Grape
Mouth Color C 2 oz. I Love This Yarn - Red
Color D 2oz. I Love This Yarn - Royal
Black very small amount for eye iris.
White very small amount for white of eye.
