The Montauk Beanie is a double brim style hat knit in the round on circular needles. It uses a basic technique to knit the double brim into the hat and incorporates a single jogless stripe in the brim. This pattern includes instructions for baby, toddler, child, and adult sizes. It is a pattern for beginners/intermediate beginners.

What you will need:
35 (37, 39, 41) yards each (32, 34, 35.5 37.5 meters) in two colors of any super bulky weight yarn (like Lion Brand Thick & Quick)
Size 13 US (9 mm) circular knitting needles with a 16” cable
1 stitch marker
Tapestry yarn needle
Scissors
Pompom maker

Skill level: Beginner/Intermediate beginner

Skills needed: Casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, binding off, knitting in the round.
