Montmartre is a classic, striped pullover inspired by the iconic, Parisian Belle Epoque. It’a knit top down with a tailored cut.
It’s inspired by the early Edwardian Era – Paris’ Belle Epoque golden age, and has a fitted, tailored body and voluminous, puffed bishop sleeves.

Needles: 4mm & 3.5mm
yarn: Fabel Knitwear Athena, two colours
Size: (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL)

Bust, aprox: (80cm) 90cm (100cm) 108cm (118cm) 127cm (132cm)
Note that this is a no-ease pattern.

Quantity, in total: (250) 270 (300) 350 (350) 380 (400) g
colour 1: (150) 170 (200) 230 (230) 240 (230) g
colour 2: (100) 100 (120) 130 (140) 140 (170) g

Gauge: 20 st(s) = 10 cm
Vertical gauge: 30 st(s) = 10 cm
Having a tighter or looser vertical gauge is no problem, but note that a tighter vertical gauge means you end up using more yarn.

NOTE ON AVAILABLE SIZES - if you want to knit this, or any of my patterns, in a larger size than I currently have published, please get in touch! The only reason it is not available in larger sizes is I couldn’t get testknitters for those sizes, and I don’t want anyone to pay for a pattern and knit a size thats not been tested.
