Montoro Hat is a lovely, slouchy hat knit seamlessly, bottom up. It is worked in DK weight yarn. The body of the hat is knit in a simple yet beautiful Cable Pattern that gives it an interesting look. It is a perfect head accessory on a chilly day.

Montoro Hat is named after a small town in southern Spain where me and my husband randomly stopped a few years ago on our road trip to Portugal. I was immediately taken by its beauty and I have very fond memories of that place. The yarn used for the hat sample comes from Spain too, so naming it after a Spanish town made perfect choice for me.
