FSC =Foundation Single Crochet st: for the straps insert your hook into first chain and draw up a loop.yarn over, pull your hook through the first loop only so
that you have two loops on your hook,yarn over again and pull hook through both loops, insert your hook into the chain part of the fsc you just formed
