Moonlet: a small moon orbiting a planet

This heart-shaped shawl is worked top-down back and forth on a circular needle to make room for all the stitches and combines a deep garter stitch section with a lovely lace edging. It has a classic triangular shape with a central spine.
It is knitted in Xisqueta yarn spun in small batches from an authentic sheep breed from the Catalan Pyrenees mountains. It offers a beautiful drape and a great stitch definition.
Regular increases along both wings and the central spine shape the shawl.
Wear it draped over your shoulders or wrapped close to the neck with a shawl pin.
