196 – 524yd (180 – 480m) of DK weight (thickness) yarn at tension 22sts
and 30 rows to 10cm (4inch) over pattern using 4mm (US 6) needles
4mm (US 6) straight knitting needles
4mm (G) crochet hook (to make the crochet edge)
Tapestry needle

Any DK weight yarn with recommended 22sts to 10cm (4’’) with 4mm knitting needles is suitable for this project.
Experiment with different colours and textures to create adorable shrugs suited for any occasion.
