This project is a way of using all your stashed yarn ends
that will result in a very attractive hat.

the beanie is suitable for ages 3 and up. It can be made for boys or girls, boys may like camouflage colours.

The hat can be made in any yarn provided it is the same type and ply e.g, all cotton or all wool, 4, 8, 10 plies. etc. Just work to the measurements given and use the hook size relative to the yarn you use.

The work is time-consuming getting started because the yarn is tied as you go to allow you to place the ties relatively evenly. You might do only 2 or 3 crochet sts before making a tie in some places, however, the end result is worth it.
