General information: The pattern instructions call for using two strands of worsted-weight yarn. The 10mm P hook is used for both men’s and women’s sizes; the pattern also uses a 6.5mm K hook for men’s version and 6.0mm J hook for women’s.

Size information: Men’s hat is 22” circumference, 8” height; Women’s hat is 21 1/2” circumference, height 7 3/4”-8”. (The hat has a nice stretch.)

Beanie is crocheted with Vanna’s Choice and uses a doubled strand throughout to add chunky winter weight and appeal as well as great comfort and fit. Second photo shows beanie in another color. Beanie is seamless and is crocheted in the round. Project can be completed in an evening-only 17 Rounds! If you can crochet in the round and have knowledge of single crochet stitch, you’ll do fine with this project. I cannot guarantee results if instructions and material list are not followed.
