“This stitch pattern was inspired by tessellating tiles, and combines cables and texture to create an embossed relief pattern on the knitted surface,” says Emma Vining. Her design uses West Yorkshire Spinners’ Pure DK, a Falklands wool which comes in 12 vintage shades.
