Please note that it’s easy to work a nupp either as an increase, decrease, or with no stitch count change, so if you find yourself struggling with the math, the nupps are a great place to adjust a stitch (and the first place to check for errors). They are meant to look organic in placement, so if you find them wandering a bit, tweak the numbers to suit your preferences.
