child (adult small, adult large) = 14 (17.5, 21)” / 35.5 (44.5, 53.5) cm circumference, unstretched. Hat is 7 (8.5, 8.5)” / 18 (21.5, 21.5) cm tall. Height is easily adjusted by working more rounds before decreases.

Yarn
120 (150, 180) yds of dk weight yarn. Sample shown in TFA PureWash DK (113g = 260 yds) in Morning Dew (MC) and Goldenrod (CC) colourways.

Gauge
1 pattern repeat (24 sts by 6 rounds) = 3.5“ wide and 0.75” tall on larger needles after blocking.
