This beanie was designed with ponytails in mind. I love wearing beanies, but it always looks funny to me wearing them with a ponytail. So I designed this beanie.

It does however not have different sizes but will fit most pre teen to adult sizes.

Keep in mind you can use any yarn with the same amount of wraps per inch. A stretchy the yarn will give you a tighter feel to the beanie. I prefer pure wool as it is nice and warm and is not a super stretchy type yarn.

Personal crochet tension will also play a role in your end result.

I used three balls of Adeles Mohair - pure wool in the colour Heather. Its construction is 4ply, but its yarn weight is DK.
