The chart size is 237x303. The size of you blanket will vary depending on the yarn and hook used, as well as your specific gauge.

The technique is mosaic crochet overlay, where the colors alternate each row. You can hide the ends with a double border (there are lots of great YouTube videos that show this technique). You will be working on the same side of each row, so the front of the blanket is always facing you.
