Hi there!
Here’s a blanket that will take you to the ancient streets of a Moroccan medina!
This is not a beginners’ pattern, but I’ve tried to add as much detail as possible and step-by-step pictures for every round.
Keeping the stitch count is really important with this kind of project, so I’ve added the stitch count to every round as well.
Yarn & Hook size: For the step-by-step pictures I used Hobbii Friends 8/4 cotton with a 4mm hook, but you can use whatever yarn & hook size you like, as long as they match and you are happy with the resulting tension
Gauge: 10 dc in 5 cm
Difficulty: intermediate
Terminology: US terms
Materials required:
• Hobbii Friends 8/4 cotton (3500 meters, divided in any number of assorted colors) or any equivalent cake yarn (check the length)
• Matching crochet hook (slightly bigger than usual recommended)
• Tapestry needle to sew ends
• Scissors
