I created a font on FontStruct (a really fun site) which you can download for free, or play with on the site. It’s a more complete set of characters that you can knit using the mosaic technique.

This is a mosaic alphabet, released under a Creative Commons license. Combine the letters however you like. The design goal was to create letters that work as a mosaic pattern from any direction, so there are some awkwardnesses… but hopefully you can still use them in your project.
