• This pattern includes a set of detailed charts with stitch key and general written directions for using the charts to complete your project. If you’re new to mosaic crochet, there are many helpful YouTube videos. That’s how I learned!

• The charts are for flat pieces without repeats, using the overlay mosaic crochet technique. Experienced mosaic crocheters will be able to adapt the charts for table runners, placemats, wall hangings, bags, afghans, pillows, and more.

• The pattern includes:

1. Charts for 9 individual squares in 2 versions: with slanted stitches or with stepped stitches

2. Charts for the joined squares in 2 versions: with slanted stitches or with stepped stitches

3. Chart for a small sample with detailed written instructions for working slanted stitches
