• This pattern includes a detailed chart with stitch key and general written directions for using the chart to complete your project. If you’re new to mosaic crochet, there are many helpful YouTube videos. That’s how I learned!

• NOTE: Experience constructing a pillow is highly recommended. And if working the pattern with three colors, you must know how to change colors within rows of mosaic crochet.

• The chart is for a pillow cover without repeats, using the overlay mosaic crochet technique. Experienced mosaic crocheters will be able to adapt the chart for pieces with repeats, such as table runners, placemats, afghans, blankets, wall hangings, bags, scarves, and more.

• Two versions of the chart are provided: (1) a print chart with four pages that can be taped together so you can see the entire pattern, and (2) a screen chart if you prefer viewing the pattern on a screen.

• The sample was made with DK yarn and a D (3.25mm) hook, with a gauge of 6 stitches and 6 rows per inch. It measures approximately 14 inches square before filling.
