I designed this pattern because I wanted to try mosaic crochet combined with variegated yarn. The result is quite pretty, therefore I’m sharing it here.

Basics

Hook used: 4mm (seams)
Yarn:
White: DK weight merino (color A)
Variegated: Sports weight, variegated, Schachmayr Regia 4 ply Crazy colors (color B)
With that being said, you can basically use any hook and yarn you like.

Terms and stitches needed
This pattern uses American terms and is best suited for intermediate crocheters.

sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
sc incr = single crochet with increase (2 single crochets into the same stitch)
bl sc = back loop single crochet
