• This pattern includes a detailed chart with stitch key and general written directions for using the chart to complete your project. If you’re new to mosaic crochet, there are many helpful YouTube videos. That’s how I learned!

• The chart is for a flat piece with repeats, using the overlay mosaic crochet technique. Experienced mosaic crocheters will be able to adapt the chart for placemats, afghans, blankets, pillow covers, bags, scarves, shawls, and more.

• For ease of reading the chart, two versions are provided: for a light background and for a dark background.

• The sample table runner was made with lightweight DK (#3) yarn and an E (3.5mm) hook, with a gauge of 6 stitches and 6 rows per inch. It measures 7.25 inches wide and can be made to any length.
