A skyline design using the mosaic overlay technique. The instructions include all specs, designer tips and a basic mosaic tutorial link to my YouTube Channel for beginners. The double sided border is not included in this pattern. I have received several questions as to whether it was overlay or inset. At the time this pattern was created, I connected overlay crochet with a front to back technique used in traditional crochet. This pattern does not utilize that method. It is, however, what is now known as mosaic overlay, using one color per row - right side only - BL SC and Dip down double crochet stitches to create the skyline pattern. The pattern was constructed with Paton cotton DK, but would work very well with acrylic.
