NOTE: To work the 3-color version of this pattern, you must know how to change colors within a row.

• This pattern includes a detailed chart with stitch key and general written directions for using the chart to complete your project. If you’re new to mosaic crochet, there are many helpful YouTube videos. That’s how I learned!

• The chart was designed for a table runner, placemat, bed runner, or scarf, and can easily be adapted for a blanket, afghan, pillow cover, or bag.

• The pattern can be made with two colors, using the overlay mosaic crochet technique, or with three colors, using the tapestry mosaic crochet technique.

• Two versions of the chart are provided: two-color and three-color. For each of these versions, there is (1) a two-page print chart that you can tape together so you can see the entire pattern, and (2) a screen chart if you prefer viewing the pattern on a screen.

• The sample table runner was made with #3 crochet thread, but any weight yarn may be used for your project. The sample is 111 stitches wide and 51 rows tall, using a 35-stitch repeat.
