• This pattern includes four detailed charts with stitch key (US terms) and general written directions for using the charts to complete your project. If you’re new to mosaic crochet, there are many helpful YouTube videos. That’s how I learned!

• The charts are for flat pieces with no repeats, using the overlay mosaic crochet technique. Experienced mosaic crocheters will be able to adapt the charts for pieces with repeats.

• The sample coasters were made with #3 crochet thread and a C (2.75mm) hook, with a gauge of approximately 6.5 stitches and 6.5 rows per inch. They measure 5 inches square.
