This pattern was designed using Western Mass Fibershed yarn and a portion of all proceeds will go to them to continue their work to create a sustainable regional fiber economy and community system. Learn more at westernmassfibershed.org .

Two colors of yarn are used - 104 yds for main color and 81 yds for contrast color. You can choose either a light or dark color to start the cast on with the main color. Cuffs and edges are ribbed. The main section uses Mosaic (slip-stitch) knitting, a great colorwork technique that only uses one color yarn at a time (no carrying yarns in back). There are text directions and charts to follow if you prefer.

I used double point needles (dpns) but you can use two circulars or the magic loop method as you prefer for knitting in the round on small circumferences.
